Bobbie Clearly examines the aftermath of a shocking tragedy in a small Nebraska town. With its documentary-inspired structure, fourth-wall breaks, and immersive staging, the play invites audiences directly into the story. “Something unspeakable happened in the middle of a cornfield two years ago… Now the residents of Milton are finally ready to tell their sides of the story.”

Justin Cimino (Director) is a director, deviser, acting teacher, performer, and nonprofit worker based in Brooklyn, NY. He has devised/directed productions at The 14th Street Y, Abrons Arts Center, Gibney Dance, Chez Bushwick, The Center at West Park, Mitu580, TheaterLab, and The Tank. He thanks this incredible cast and team for the miracle of making this production happen.

Dan Roszelle (Bobbie Clearly and Producer) is a North Carolina raised, New York based actor recently graduating from Terry Knickerbocker Studio. He is excited to be making his New York stage debut both as an actor and as a producer!

Layton Lamell (Eddie Welch and Producer) is an actor and producer dedicated to telling bold, human stories. Theatre-trained, he brings intensity and truth to every role, with work spanning stage and screen. Recent projects reflect his passion for craft, storytelling, and creative risk. Bobbie Clearly marks another step in his commitment to exploring complex characters and the power of live theatre.
Katie Sparer* (Darla London). (AEA SAG/AFTRA) Some of her credits include BROADWAY: Awake and Sing! (Circle in the Square) OFF-BROADWAY: Shayna Maidel (Westside Arts), The Rise and Rise of Daniel Rocket (Playwright’s Horizons), Ruthless (Triad), Renovations (Theatre For the New City), Ladies In Retirement (Applecorps), Shakespeare and the Heart’s Desire ( National Arts Club), The Shakespeare Trilogy (The Players), The Glass Menagerie (Pigeonholed Theatre Company) Regional Theatre: Williamstown, Alley Theatre, Studio Arena, Cincinnati Playhouse, Shakespeare on the Sound, Missouri Rep, Boston Post Road Stage Co, American Festival Theatre, Music Theatre of CT, CT Free Shakespeare, The Quick Center. TV: Law & Order, The Sopranos, American Playhouse, All My Children, Another World, Candid Camera. She has recorded Aubile books and appeared in various Indie Films. TRAINING: American Conservatory Theatre Advanced Training Program; Uta Hagen; Stella Adler; Edith Skinner. TEACHING: Westport Country Playhouse, University of Bridgeport, Norwalk Community College, Regional Center for the Arts.
Lavel Schley* (Derek Nelson) was raised in Wichita, Kansas. After deciding to pursue a career as an actor he soon landed major roles on streaming and network television. He starred in "East New York" as Officer Andre Bentley for CBS and soon after landed a bit part in the Marc Forster directed "A Man Called Otto" starring Tom Hanks for Sony Pictures.

Marina Fess (Megan Currie) is an NYU Tisch alumni and has a BFA in Drama. In addition to her work as a theatrical actor she is a voice narrator, poet, and is eternally trying to learn guitar. She is a member of the theatre collective Studio Child. Recent stage credits include Ruth Condomine in Noel Coward's Blithe Spirit (Heights Players), Gray in the world-premiere Can You Hear The Pigeons (Theatre for a New City).

Lyndsay Edmonds (Meghan Gotschell) is grateful to be stepping into the role of Meghan Gotschell in Bobbie Clearly. She began her acting training at NYU and continued at TKS, where she learned to chase authenticity. She's drawn to characters who live in the in-between; who try and fail and still show up. This story hits close to home, and she is thankful to be telling it alongside a fearless ensemble.

Finn Haney (Mitch Backes) is a graduate of Terry Knickerbocker Studio, NYC. He starred in the independent feature What We Find on the Road, earning him the Best Actor award at the 2024 Pasadena International Film Festival. His other film credits include William, Where the Devil Roams, and No Rush which just premiered at the New York Shorts International Film Festival.

Mannie Mendez (Pete Pfeifer) is a Florida-born actor based in New York. He graduated from Terry Knickerbocker Studios . Last year, he produced and starred in the play Passover directed by Justin Cimino. Other works include Remember You Must Die at 3AM Theatre and Amanda Esquilin's The Loveless Fridge at The Chain Theatre, as well as staged readings of Cyrano de Bergerac and You Got Older.

Oscar Rockwell (Russ Scott) is a recent graduate of the two year conservatory program with Terry Knickerbocker. He is trained in the Meisner acting method, studied Stage Combat with David Brimmer, and completed all four levels of Clown with Justin Cimino. Know for his abilities in front of and behind the camera. He has been an art director, props assistant, and set decorator in numerous films and shows.

Lia Bonfilio* (Jane Welch) is an actor, deviser and movement artist who has been a member of the Bessie Award-winning Third Rail Projects since 2013 when she joined the cast of Then She Fell. Recent work includes a SOOP Theater debut as Beatrice in A View from the Bridge. She has a degree in dance from Columbia College Chicago and is a graduate of the Terry Knickerbocker Studio Meisner conservatory.

John Murray* (Stanley Welch) is an actor and comedian based in Brooklyn. He has been performing and teaching at the Upright Citizens Brigade in New York City for over a decade. His television credits include 30 Rock, Broad City, Difficult People, and The Daily Show. His work has been featured in New York Magazine, Esquire, Rolling Stone, and The New Yorker.

Eric Krehbiel (Executive Producer) is the founder of Vaguely Sharp, a digital creative studio producing modern, social-native campaigns that aim to connect with audiences where they are. Their collaborations have included brands such as Puma and Dior. Before founding Vaguely Sharp, Eric has led a career as a commercial producer on dozens of productions for major brands, and has served as a producer on TV series for WBD.
