About the event
Summary: On the eve of John Brown’s fateful raid on Harper’s Ferry, Frederick Douglass, William Lloyd Garrison, and John Brown Jr collide in a night of wit, gunfire, scripture, and ideological warfare. As Brown’s absence grows heavier than any presence, the three men are forced to confront the true cost of freedom.
